Development of a BIM model for Analysis, Coordination, Planning, Development and Monitoring of a project developed in 2 phases:

For the first phase, the modeling and survey of the existing property was requested as a conceptual engineering project delivered in CAD format by BTS, generating as a final product the analysis and coordination of interferences found during the virtual pre-construction.

As a second objective, the monitoring and construction control from the BIM model was proposed, reaching the development of a LOD 400 in certain areas of the project due to the complexity of the installation and construction, as well as allowing to anticipate crashes and interferences, saving time in planning and corrective execution of conflicts for engineering.
